Venue
Getting to the village of Estes Park is easy (click map to enlarge). There are no mountain passes to cross and the state and U.S. highways serving the area are easily driven. Entry routes to this high mountain valley, 7,522 feet above sea level surrounded by snowcapped peaks ranging from 8,500 to more than 14,000 feet high, are from Loveland, Ft. Collins, Longmont, Boulder and Denver.
Please note that some visitors may experience health problems due to the high altitude. It is important to get plenty of rest, drink lots of water and avoid alcohol until your body has adjusted to the altitude. Here are links to information on altitude sickness:

In order to reserve a room in our block of rooms, reservations must be made via phone at (800) 803-7837. Mention that you are with the “National Beagle Show” when calling. Single and double-occupancy rooms are $94 per night, plus applicable taxes. Additional people are $8 per night and roll-aways are available for $8.
Up to four dogs will be allowed to stay in hotel rooms, at a nonrefundable charge of $50. Please note that dogs may also be kept in the grooming area in the Conference Center. This area will have security personnel at night.
The following rules will be strictly enforced:
- No dogs allowed in the lobby and restaurant area
- No more than 4 dogs per room, including suites
- Dogs must be crated while unattended in rooms
- Rooms with dogs in them will only be cleaned when occupant is present
- Keep plastic underneath crates in all rooms
- Exercising and grooming of dogs in designated areas only
- No bathing or grooming of dogs in hotel rooms
- No dogs allowed in pool and hot tub area
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs — inside and on hotel grounds
- Show committee will be notified if anyone attending the show does not follow these rules and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken

RV Spaces

Denver International Airport
DIA is approximately 90 minutes from Estes Park and is open 24/7. The airport is served by most major airlines and select charters, providing nonstop daily service to more than 130 national and international destinations. Click here for the airport’s Web site. Directions from DIA: Exit the airport on Pena Blvd to:
- Tower Road, north to 120th street, west to I-25, north to CO 66, west to Lyons, Colorado and US 36 west to Estes Park; or
- Toll road E-470 northwest to I-25, north to CO 66, west to Lyons, Colorado and US 36 west to Estes Park.
