*Per the AKC regulations: All those who have entered dogs to be shown under the advertised judge as listed in the Premium List shall be permitted to withdraw their entries no later than one half-hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show, and the entry fees paid for entering such dogs shall be refunded. AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, Chapter 7, Section 8.
Exhibitors may mail, fax, or email a withdraw of entry due to the change of judge to the show secretary until Wednesday, September 24, 2008. After September 24, 2008, withdraws must be made at the show site one half-hour prior to the start of regular conformation judging. Withdrawals sent via email or fax require email or fax confirmation of receipt from the show secretary to be considered valid. Withdraws cannot be made by telephone.
Once entries have closed on September 10, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. (MDT), entries can not be accepted, cancelled (except due to a change of judge), altered, or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 8 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows
